Program Logistics
To give focused attention to critical organizational challenges, the UST Executive Education on Collaborative Leadership program is offered in a retreat setting. The formation of learning communities is enhanced in a retreat-style environment and collaboration is often a natural outgrowth of working together in this situation. The environment can act as a catalyst for learning and can help create an exciting and productive learning experience. When a team is in a remote location there is a physical separation from all the demands of every-day life so participants are free to focus on their organizational challenges.

About Gainey Conference Center
UST Executive Education in Collaborative Leadership runs from 6 p.m. Sunday, June 6 to 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 11, 2010, at the University of St. Thomas Gainey Conference Center in Owatonna, Minnesota.
Cancellation Policy
Because attendance in the UST Executive Education for Collaborative Leadership requires significant advance preparation and demand often exceeds capacity, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel. To receive a full refund of tuition, notice of a full team cancellation must be received in writing more than 45 days in advance of the program start date (January 31, 2010). Individual team member substitutes will be allowed. Participants who cancel less than 45 days in advance will be billed for 25% of tuition rate.
